Return Policy

Unopened merchandise can be returned in its original condition, including original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Items cannot be returned if they have been opened.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless we made an error.

Example:
You may return any unopened product within 30 days of its shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. All returns must include an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by our support team.

Defective Products

Defective products may be returned (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days of the shipping date.

The entire product, including all manuals and accessories, must be returned in the original packaging.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply if any terms are not met.
If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy:
The warranty is void if:

Serial tags, product stickers, or manufacturer seals are removed, altered, or tampered with.
The product is mishandled, improperly used, or defaced.

Shipping Policy

Tracking: All U.S. orders will be provided with a tracking code.
Exceptions: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, and military addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Most orders will arrive within 4-10 business days of the order date.
